Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Simply Natural Apothecary! We are committed to carefully preparing and shipping your handcrafted skincare products as quickly as possible.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers:

• USPS (United States Postal Service)
• UPS (United Parcel Service)

The carrier used for your order will depend on the package size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method. Customers are charged the exact shipping rate determined at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard ground shipping typically takes 5–10 business days to arrive.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Simply Natural Apothecary is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We'll gladly assist you in working with USPS or UPS to help locate your shipment.

Warm Weather Notice: Because our products are made with natural, grass-fed beef tallow and other natural ingredients, they may soften or melt during transit in hot weather. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.  We do ship all orders with ice packs May-September.  However, if your product arrives soft, simply allow it to return to room temperature or place it in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes before use.
